During his 28 years of corporate and naval service Joe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in resource management, certified as a Master Training Specialist, and qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Joe has been a keynote speaker and a plethora of military ceremonies and conferences and was a member the Speaker’s Bureau with Market America Inc.
