Teams are more and more prevalent in organizations that downsized and reshaped to meet new economic challenges.  While they are benefits to working in and on a team, it’s also a challenging environment.

By looking at how teams form and evaluating the strengths of their members, organizations can maximize the benefits of this functional arrangement.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the developmental stages of teams and your role as team leader
  • Use a powerful tool to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of your team members.

 What the course covers:

This course begins with a look at your personal interaction style or personality and how it impacts your ability to interact with team members.  We’ll then take a look at the developmental stages of teams and your role in guiding a team through them.  We explore how to diagnose where team members’ strengths and weaknesses are and develop strategies to build the team into a well-functioning unit.
