People aren’t naturally difficult to deal with. We’re all born with unique behavioral
patterns that are learned through external factors. The key to being more effective with others is to first discover how we act and interact, learn to be more understanding of the behavioral quirks of others.
Through the use of The Bug Factor™ an instrument researched and developed by Malcolm O. Munro, we can better understand and leverage the predictable patterns all of us display.
After completing this course, attendees will be able to:
- Know their own interaction and communication style (using The Bug Factor™) to develop and leverage creative strengths.
- Gain new clues on discovering the behavioral patters of others.
What the course covers:
This course begins with a look at the theory of behavioral and interaction styles. Attendees will take The Bug Factor™ in class and, through a series of interactive activities, discussion, and video clips, embrace their own interaction style while learning more about the styles of others. All attendees will be given detailed reports on their Bug Factor™ style which they can take home for self-study.
