  • Coaching styles and appropriate situations
  • Directive vs. Exploratory techniques

This course uses the MBTI® to explore personality  styles.  Attendees will have an opportunity to experience these differences in an interactive environment and receive individual one-on-one coaching with the instructor to explore the findings further.
